I Am Praying

I heard about this through Ruhiyyih. I turned on the news and just cried. The news today showed the faces of some of those who were killed. I cried again. I've been praying for the families. Truly, only the Lord can bring comfort to those who's hearts are so heavy with sorrow.

When all we can do is pray, that is what we should do and it is what God desires. ec

My heart goes out to all the families, to the entire community of Blacksburg. They are in my prayers too.

I will never forget this little community. It did not deserve this kind of desecration.

As a Hokie and Blacksburg native, I thank you and all those out there who are praying for all of us. I too am particularly devastated for the families of the victims. I can not begin to imagine the grief and anguish they feel.
